Abstract
Growing external debt has become an important issue for the economy and foreign policy of Kyrgyz Republic. In fact, there are many reasons why external debts increase over the years, but improper coordination of finances is considered the most important of these reasons. The size of loans and borrowings is not important for the stability of the state and its economic independence, if borrowing does not contribute to the state budget.
In this context, this article is based on the hypothesis that the debt of Kyrgyzstan increases as a result of improper coordination of the funds received. This work, first of all, describes the definition and types of external debt, describes the current situation of the debt of the Kyrgyz Republic, and, finally, analyzes the reasons for the growth of the country's external debt.
