Öz

This article appraises the crisis areas facing the Turkish-Libyan relations after the February 2011 Revolution, crisis management policies and potentials for crisis management. The article also discusses the political crisis that erupted in the wake of the February 2011 Revolution and competing claims for legitimacy, the interplay of interest groups with armed actors and their involvement in politics, regional and international actors' policies, divisions in state institutions and crisis areas based on the problem of dialogue, and how all these reflect on relations between the two countries. It also discusses potential for cooperation between the two countries in areas related to state-building. restructuring of the security sector, infrastructure and superstructure services and free market recovery following the resolution of these crises. This article is based on direct interviews with the parties of the dialogue, developments leaked to the media, and the analyses related to the subject
