Today, The world is witnessing many changes in governance, and survival strategies, the multi-polarity in the international system has emerged through most rivalries of various levels of power in various regions of the world. Especially those rich in natural and primary resources. The African continent is one of the regions that have known survival internationally due to countries that compete on the African continent, such as Russia and China.
