This research shed light on the international positions on what is called: 'The basic law: Israel as the Nation-State of the Jewish people," that is approved by the Israeli Knesset in 2018. The research studies this Israeli Basic Law and its relation to 'the Deal of the Century,' and observes the most important international and regional stances from this law. The research sums up that Israeli Basic Law represents the local part of 'the Deal of the Century,' which would end up the peace process that is based on a two-state solution; alongside the legalizing of the apartheid system between the Jewish and Arab citizens in the state of occupation: Israel. The law was a subject of a wide range international criticism, as it jumps over the two-state solution, ends the political process, and incites racism and hatred between Jews and Arabs
