This research examines the initiatives led by Saudi Arabia to establish regional security networks in the Middle East. The paper claims that the main reason behind the establishment of these security organizations is not to achieve regional security, as it claims, but to achieve the Saudi regime's security. To substantiate this claim, the author uses Stephen Walt's conceptual framework "Balance of Threat." It concluded that the three coalition initiatives analyzed in this paper focused on the security of the Saudi regime, despite its claim of aiming to achieve other parties' security. Saudi Arabia has begun to build regional alliances on the basis of security to balance the threat posed by Iran, which is compatible with the theory of threat balance adopted by Walt
