This study examines the Turkish orientation towards strengthening relations with Latin American countries by identifying the Turkish motives, the internal and external determinants of the Turkish policy in the Latin continent, and the dimensions and characteristics of the Turkish involvement and its tools. Additionally, it focuses on the challenges facing Turkish efforts to strengthen their presence in Latin America, especially with the rise of the right wing to power in many of these countries, and the current political crisis in Venezuela, Turkey's main partner in Latin America. The study concluded that, despite the development of Turkish-Latin relations, it has not yet reached the required level. Therefore, it needs the support of the cultural dimension, including academic co-operation, learning indigenous languages and supporting student exchange programs to promote knowledge and common awareness of the internal situation and external orientations of both parties
