This study attempts to monitor the most important dynamics of energy security, particularly with regard to international competition, In the sense that all international actors and non-State actors, in accordance with world policy, to acquire the highest elements of power. This is a real incentive to move more towards strategic areas, which are taken as a cornerstone for strengthening their influence and acquiring new strengths. In the same context, due to the sensitivity of geo-economic importance, the Caspian Sea is one of the main areas producing energy sources in the world. Thus, the Caspian Sea is one of the main productive areas of the world's energy resources. Their importance lies in the geographical energy of regional and international actors through which it seeks to promote more than its energy security, as the core element of the existing world order is power and profit, which is reflected in the strategies adopted by the European union regarding the Caspian sea
