Jewish Immigration to Palestine 1882-1914 and Methods Used for Land Transfers to Zionists

This article examines how the Palestinian lands were passed into the hands of the Jews in 18821914-. It is claimed that the Palestinians voluntarily sold their land to the Jews. This claim is considered as a historical fact, however, this is not what the historical course of events suggests. Between 18821914-, dozens of Jewish colonies were established in Palestine and thousands of migrants were settled in these colonies. These colonies were built on lands taken away from the Palestinian peasants by different methods. There are thousands of documents in the Ottoman Archives about the activities of Zionists in Palestine during this period. In this article, we tried to clarify the methods of transferring Palestinian lands to Jews based on archival documents.
