This analysis addresses the repercussions of Khalifa Hafater's attacks on Tripoli on the balances in Libya and the stances of the regional and international community on the issue and its future. The research claims that Hafter's attack on Tripoli has turned all the legitimate standards of the country and that many international actors, especially the united Nations, are reinforcing this crisis as the Libyan crisis is part of the regional powers' struggle. Therefore, the crisis will not be resolved without the regional balance of power become clear and without the international forces determining their positions in accordance with these balance of power arrangements.
