This paper addresses the political and cultural theses of the Amazigh community in Libya and its reflection on national integration, especially with regard to their policies towards the transitional period and building the political system. The Amazigh withdrawal was linked to two factors: increasing ethnic awareness of their demands, and increasing divisions in the state. The paper discusses the effects of the Amazigh boycott of the building the political system as in the “Skhirat” dialogue in Morocco or religious and social exclusion in the case of provoking sectarian difference, as one of the factors of the conflict and the extent to which this contributed to their problems
