The current study deals with Turkish-Libyan relations. As relations are based on a deep historical background, the study has pointed to its stages since 1551. Also, the study deals with Turkish policy toward Libya during and after the 17 February revolution. It focused on the last developments. The study confirmed Turkey’s support for political solutions in Libya during all these stages. Even the security agreement with Al-Wefaq National Accord government came to serve the same aim. The agreement’s effects appeared in the Berlin conference, which would not have taken place if Haftar was able to control Tripoli
