سياسة إيران تجاه أفغانستان

Öz

تتناول هذه الدراسة سياسة إيران تجاه أفغانستان، فتعرض أولًا سياسة إيران في أفغانستان في الفترة التي كانت تعطي الأولوية لانسحاب القوات الأمريكية من المنطقة، ثم تناقش ردود أفعال إيران وضبطها لموقفها وموقعها بعد أن أحكمت طالبان سيطرتها على معظم البلاد، ثم تسلط الضوء على العوامل التي تتبلور حولها سياسة إيران في أفغانستان، وتحلّل التأثيرات المحتملة لهذه العوامل، وتقدّم توقّعات حول التغييرات المحتملة في السياسة الخارجية على المدى القصير والطويل. وقد لوحظ من خلال هذه الدراسة أن المحددات الأيديولوجية مثل حماية الشيعة في أفغانستان تؤدّي دورًا لا يقلّ أهميةً عن الدور الذي تؤدّيه المصالح السياسية الواقعية في النهج الذي تتبعه إيران إزاء الأزمة الأفغانية.

Iran’s Policy toward Afghanistan

Öz

This Study examines Iran's Afghanistan policy in the period following the US withdrawal from the Region, The study then discusses how Iran reacted and adjusted its position after the Taliban's takeover in the region to a large extent. Additionally, the study discusses the facors that shaped Iran's Afghanistan Policy, in doing so the study analyses the possible effects of these factors, possible foreign policy changes in the short and long term. The study argues that ideological determinants such as the protection of Shiites living in the region as well as real-political interests play a role in shaping Iran's approach to the Afghanistan crisis.
