Öz

يحاول هذا البحث دراسة تحوّل الخطاب الجيوسياسي في السياسة الخارجية التركية في عهد حزب العدالة والتنمية، ويعالج فترات استخدام خطاب التغريب الصارم والخطاب الأمني والدفاعي، وكيف أسبغت فترة حزب العدالة والتنمية الطابع الديمقراطي على خطاب الدولة القومي. ومع بروز النفس الليبرالي برز أيضًا التحول نحو الاستقلال الذاتي، وبرزت قدرة تركيا في المنافسة الجيوسياسية على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي. وقد غيّر الخطاب الجيوسياسي التركي لحزب العدالة والتنمية الخطاب الجيوسياسي السائد في تركيا، وظهر هذا التحول بعد صراع مع الخطابات الجيوسياسية الأخرى.

The shift of Geopolitical Discourse in Turkish Foreign Policy under the AK Party Rule

Öz

The current article attempts to study the transformation of the geopolitical discourse in Turkish foreign policy during the era of the AK Party, and deals with the periods of using strict Westernization discourse and the security and defense discourse, and how the period of AK Party added a democratic character to the national state discourse, and with the emergence of the liberal discourse, the shift towards autonomy also emerged. Türkiye's ability in geopolitical competition at the regional and international levels. The Turkish geopolitical discourse of AK Party has changed the prevailing geopolitical discourse in Türkiye, and this shift emerged after a struggle with other geopolitical discourses.
