Fetal dönemde toraks ve abdomen arasındaki büyüme oranları

Özet

Çalışmanın amacı fetal dönem boyunca insan fetuslarında thorax ve abdomen arasındaki büyüme oranlarını belirlemektir. Çalışmamızda yaşları 10-40 gebelik haftası arasında değişen torako-abdominal, diğer anomali ve patolojisi olmayan 163 (83 erkek, 80 dişi) adet fetustan yararlanıldı. Olgular birinci, ikinci, üçüncü trimester ve miadında olmak üzere dört gruba ayrıldı. Toraks ve abdomenden on antropometrik değer alındı. Fetal dönem boyunca toraks ve abdomen ölçümleri arasındaki oranlar belirlendi. Çalışılan parametreler; toraks çevresi, toraks genişliği, acromion-arcus costarium yüksekliği, incisura jugularis-processus xiphoideus yüksekliği, incisura jugularis seviyesinde toraks derinliği, processus xiphoideus seviyesinde toraks derinliği, üst abdomen genişliği, bi-crista iliaca genişliği, arcus costarium-crista iliaca yüksekliği, processus xiphoideus-symphyisis pubica yüksekliği, symphyisis pubica seviyesinde pelvis derinliği. Bütün parametrelerde cinsler arasında farklılık yoktu (p>0.05). Haftalara ve gruplara göre parametrelerin ortalamaları belirlendi. Bütün parametreler ile gebelik haftası yaşı arasında müspet yönde ilişki (p<0.001), ve gruplar arasında ise anlamlı farklılıklar vardı (p<0.05). Toraks genişliği ile bi-crista iliaca genişliği oranı gruplar arasında farklıydı (p<0.05). Fetal dönemde toraks derinliği miada doğru toraks genişliğine göre daha fazla artış gösteriyordu. Fetuslarda toraks ve abdomen gelişiminin değerlendirilmesi için yeni veriler elde edildi. Toraks ve abdomenin daha iyi değerlendirilmesinde daha geniş serilerde yapılacak çalışmalara ihtiyaç var. Bu verilerin toraks ve abdomenin fetal dismorfogenesislerinin değerlendirilmesinde yararlı olacağına inanmaktayız.

Abstract



The rate of growth between thorax and abdomen in the fetal period

The aim of this study was the determination of rates of growth between the thorax and abdomen of human fetuses during the fetal period. The study group was constituted of 160 (83 male, 80 female) fetuses without thoraco-abdominal or other anomalies or pathologies, age ranging between 10 and 40 gestational week. Cases were divided into 4 groups as first, second, third trimesters and full-term. A total of ten anthropometric values were taken from thorax and abdomen. The ratios between the measurements of thorax and measurements of abdomen were determined during the fetal period. Studied parameters were: thorax circumference, thorax width, acromion-arcus costarium height, inc jugulars-proc xifoideus height, thorax depth at level of inc. jug, thorax depth at level of proc xifoid, upper abdomen width, bi-iliac crest width, proc xifoid-symphisis height, pelvis depth at level of symphisis. There is no significant difference between sexes in respect to all parameters (p>0.05). Mean values of measurements of the cases were determined in respect to groups and weeks. There was significant correlation between gestational age and all parameters (p<0.001). There were significant differences between groups in all anthropometric parameters (p<0.05). The ratio between thorax width and bi-iliac crest width significantly differed between groups (p<0.05). In fetal period, thorax depth showed more increase than thorax width through full term.

Conclusions: New data are obtained for fetuses to evaluate thorax and abdomen development. New studies in larger series are needed for better evaluation of thorax and abdomen. We believe that our data will be useful in evaluation of fetal dysmorphogenesis of thorax and abdomen.
