Türkiye Süper Ligi’nde Şampiyon Olan Teknik Direktörlerin Milliyet Açısından İncelenmesi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışma, Türkiye Süper Ligi’nde şampiyonluk kazanan teknik direktörlerin milliyetlerini tarihsel bir perspektif içerisinde incelemeyi ve yerli-yabancı teknik direktörlerin başarı düzeylerini karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan durum çalışması deseni benimsenmiş ve veri toplama aracı olarak doküman analizi tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Veriler Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu’ndan, futbol kulüplerinin resmi internet adreslerinden ve bu konuda bilgi bankası olan resmi internet sitelerinden elde edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda Türkiye Süper Ligi’nde gerçekleşen 68 sezonun şampiyon kulüplerinin teknik direktörlerinin milliyetlerine ulaşılmış ve çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada, veri tabanları aracılığıyla ulaşılan çalışmaların doküman analizi yöntemiyle incelenmesine olanak sağlamak ve bu süreci sistematik bir şekilde sınıflandırmak amacıyla Miles ve Huberman modeli kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Analiz sonuçlarına göre; lig tarihinde şampiyonluk yaşamış 68 teknik direktörden %46’sının Türk, %54’ünün ise yabancı olduğu, yabancı teknik direktörler arasında özellikle Yugoslav, İngiliz ve Alman kökenlilerin öne çıktığı ve Teknik direktörlerin %94’ünün Avrupa, %6’sının ise Güney Amerikalı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Bulgular; Türkiye’de farklı futbol yapılarının ligin rekabetçi yapısına katkı sağladığını ayrıca Türk teknik direktörlerin ligde en çok şampiyonluk yaşamış grup olarak öne çıktığını ve şampiyonluk yarışında önemli bir yer tuttuğunu göstermektedir.

Analysing the Turkish Super League Champion Coaches in terms of Nationality

Öz

Aim: This study aims to analyse the nationality of the coaches who won championships in the Turkish Super League in a historical perspective and to evaluate the success levels of domestic and foreign coaches comparatively. Method: In this research, the case study design, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was adopted and the document analysis technique was used as the data collection tool. The data were obtained from the Turkish Football Federation, the official internet addresses of the football clubs and official websites that serve as comprehensive databases on this subject. In this direction, the nationalities of the technical directors of the champion clubs of 68 seasons in the Turkish Super League were reached and included in the study. In the research, the Miles and Huberman model was used to enable the examination of studies accessed through databases using the document analysis method and to classify this process systematically. Results: According to the results of the analyses; 46% of the 68 coaches who have won championships in the history of the league are Turkish, 54% are foreign, among the foreign coaches, especially Yugoslav, English and German origin are prominent and 94% of the coaches are European and 6% are South American. Conclusion: The findings show that different football structures in Turkey contribute to the competitive nature of the league and that Turkish coaches stand out as the group with the most championships in the league and hold an important place in the championship race.
