DÖNÜŞTÜRÜCÜ LİDERLİĞİN SOSYAL GİRİŞİMCİLİK ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

This study was conducted to determine whether or not the social entrepreneurs carry the properties of the transformer leadership and whether or not their properties of transformers leaderships affect the dimensions of the entrepreneurship. The study was conducted on the presidents of the associations and the foundations acting in the fields of family, environment, child, education, the disabled, woman, health and support in Turkey. Data was collected by the inquiry and used the Model of Structural Equation in the analysis of data. In the result of the study it was determined that the social entrepreneurs carry the properties of transformer leadership and the meaningful and positive directed relationships between the properties of transformer leadership and the dimensions of social entrepreneurship.

Bu araştırma sosyal girişimcilerin dönüştürücü liderlik özelliklerini taşıyıp taşımadıklarını ve dönüştürücü liderlik özelliklerinin sosyal girişimcilik boyutlarını etkileyip etkilemediğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma Türkiye’de aile, çevre, çocuk, eğitim, engelliler, kadın, sağlık ve yardım alanlarında faaliyette bulunan vakıf ve dernek başkanları üzerinde yapılmıştır. Veriler anket yoluyla toplanmış olup verilerin analizinde Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda sosyal girişimcilerin dönüştürücü liderlik özelliklerini taşıdıkları ve dönüştürücü liderlik özellikleri ile sosyal girişimcilik boyutları arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü ilişkiler olduğu bulunmuştur
