KARADENİZ EKONOMİK İŞBİRLİĞİ BÖLGESİNDE ALTYAPI SİSTEMLERİNİN DOĞRUDAN YABANCI YATIRIM GİRİŞLERİNE ETKİSİ

Öz

Sermayenin liberalleşmesi, ekonomide yatırım gereksinimlerinin artmasına neden olmuştur. Bu noktada ulus ötesi yatırımlar için, çeşitli faktörler itici güç haline gelmiştir. Yabancı yatırımları ülkeye çekmek için, farklı politikalar benimsenmiştir. Bu çalışma, alt yapı değişkenini yabancı yatırımlar için belirleyici olarak ele almıştır. Literatüre önemli katkı sağlaması beklenen çalışmada, Karadeniz Ekonomik İşbirliği Ülkeleri, 1997-2017 dönemi verileri ele alınarak incelenmiştir. PMG ve MG tahmin sonuçlarına göre altyapı sitemini temsilen seçilen mobil abonelik değişkeni, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur.

THE EFFECT OF INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEMS ON THE DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTMENT INPUTS IN THE BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION REGION

Öz

The liberalization of capital caused an increase in investment needs in the economy. At this point, various factors have become the driving force for transnational investments. Different policies have been adopted to attract foreign investments to the country. This study considered the infrastructure variable as a determinant for foreign investments. In the study, which is expected to make a significant contribution to the literature, the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Countries were examined by considering the data of 1997-2017 period. According to the PMG and MG estimation results, the mobile subscription variable chosen to represent the infrastructure system was found statistically significant.
