MOBBİNGİN ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIĞA ETKİSİNDE ÖRGÜTSEL SİNİZMİN ROLÜ: BİR KAMU KURUMUNDA ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Mobing is an office illness that poses a problem to the performance and efficiency of organizations. Cynicism is the negative behaviors and wrong attitudes that employees develop against their organizations and the organizational system. Organizational commitment is the devotion of the employees to the organization and their wholehearted loyalty to the organization. In today's competitive environment, this loyalty of employees to the organization is very important for the success of organizations. This research was conducted to determine the role of organizational cynicism in the effect of mobing on organizational commitment for organizational success and performance. In this study, the data were obtained from 229 personnel working in a public institution serving in the transportation sector by using face-to-face questionnaire method. The analysis of the survey data was made with the SPSS 22 program.
