GENERAL THEORETICAL DISCUSSIONS IN INCOME DISTRIBUTION
Öz
In recent years, as the gap between rich and poor poverty has risen, or in the case
of giraffes, problematic has come to the forefront as income distribution, a
problem that will change the history of humanity. But the problem is that the son
has felt his presence for a few centuries more. In modern times, the economic
optimizations of economics to mankind have not suggested much about the
problem of disregarded income distribution. As a matter of fact, the income can
not be distributed fairly, the alternative system proposal, or the second half of the
twentieth century. Social welfare has become the biggest role in the emergence of the understanding of the state. In this respect, the division of an acceptable circle
of prosperity is a matter which should be emphasized for every country. If you are
authorized to grow, you can socialize. If the growth of the income occurs fairly
and not as a disruptive nature, the basis of property will be reached. Otherwise, a
dualist structure will be formed and the process will be interrupted, creating a
ground for conflict. In this context, social indicators such as education,
population, health will grow in volume and will not mean anything.

Öz
Zenginin israfı ve fakirin sefaleti arasında uçurumun gittikçe yükseldiği ya da
zürafa örneğinde olduğu gibi son yıllarda sorunsallık ön plana gelir gelir
dağılımı, insanlık tarihini değiştirecek bir sorun olarak var ola gelmiştir. Fakat
bu sorun,son bir kaç yüzyıldır varlığını daha çok hissettirmiştir. Modern çağlarda
ekonomi biliminin insanlığa sunduğu ekonomik optimizasyonlar, göz ardı edilmiş
gelir dağılımı sorunu hakkında çok fazla bir şey önerememiştir. Nitekim gelirin
adil dağıtılamaması, alternatif sistem önerisi ya da yirminci yüzyılın ikinci yarısı
sosyal refah devleti anlayışının ortaya çıkması gelmesinde en büyük rol sahibi
olmuştur. Bu bakımdan, ürettikleri refahın, kabul edilebilir bir daire bölünmesi
her ülke için de önemle durulması gereken bir konudur. Büyümeye yetki verilirse,
sosyalleştirebilme mümkün olup büyümenin gelir dağılımını bozucu niteliği ile
değil de adaletli bir şekilde gerçekleştiğinde ise mülkün temeline ulaşılacaktır.
Aksi halde bir düalist yapı oluşup süreç kesintiye uğrayabilecek ve çatışmalara
zemin oluşturabilecektir. Bu bağlamda, eğitim, nüfus, sağlık gibi sosyal
göstergeler hacimsel olarak büyüyüp değer olarak bir şey ifade etmeyecektir
