This study provides an in-depth examination of the role of technology in Turkey's tourism sector and its impact on tourist satisfaction. The research demonstrates how technology enriches the customer experience in the tourism industry, reduces operating costs, and increases operational efficiency. It also evaluates the critical role of technology in the post-pandemic era and its contribution to environmental sustainability goals. Focusing on five-star hotels in Turkey, the study covers various aspects such as technological innovations, customer satisfaction, operating costs, operational challenges, and environmental sustainability. The findings reveal that the use of technology enhances competitive advantage and that future technological advancements are expected to further strengthen the competitive position of hotels.
