Öz

Airports are quite big campuses, divided into the groups of buildings, generally separated groups of buildings which are achieving lots of functions, both integrated and stand alone. These campuses are using by the demands of the passengers. Airport usage statistics should be understood as a vital index of the how the local trade, economy, production, and services developed and how this trend will develop. Airports do plan by the operational conditions, design to be operated easily in the future, and build. A sustainable airport management can be achieved by knowing of the key factors during the planning, designing, building, and operating in life cycle phases. This paper describes factors to focus for planning, projecting, and operating of the sustainable airport as a wide point of view; exposed in outlines and represented in a holistic approach

HAVALİMANI YÖNETİMİ ve SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİRLİK

Öz

Havalimanları oldukça geniş alanlara yayılmış, birbiri ile bütünleşik birçok işlevi bir arada ya da ayrı ayrı gerçekleştiren; bölümlere ayrılmış ve bu bölümlerin genellikle ayrı binalar halinde görüldüğü yerleşkelerdir. Bu yerleşkeler yolcu taleplerine bağlı olarak kullanılır. Havalimanlarının kullanılma oranı bir bölgenin ticaretinin ve ekonomisinin gerek üretim gerekse hizmet olarak ne kadar geliştiğini ve gelişeceğini anlatan bir göstergedir. Havalimanları işletme şartları düşünülerek planlanır, geleceğe dönük olarak kolaylıkla işletilebilecek şekilde tasarlanır ve yapılırlar. Sürdürülebilir bir havalimanı yönetimi, anahtar etmenlerin neler olduğunun, planlanma, tasarım, yapım ve işletme ömrü evreleri boyunca bilinmesi ile mümkün olur. Bu çalışmada, sürdürülebilir bir havalimanının hangi etmenlere odaklanarak planlanıp, projelendirilip, işletileceği geniş bir bakış açısı ile tanımlanmış; ana hatları ile ortaya konulmuş ve bütünsel bir yaklaşım içinde sunulmuştur
