Investigation of the work titled Mahtūt Kitāb Ahkām al-Qur'ān attributed to al-Bayzāwī: Specific to Surat al-Hujurat

Öz

The Holy Qur'an, which continues to be a guide for people from past to present, has a wide content in terms of both its theological and practical aspects. The science of Ahkām al-Qur'ān, which deals with the aspects of worship, treatment, and law of this content, is important in terms of examining, explaining, and interpreting both individual and social provisions. As a matter of fact, it is seen that many works belonging to this branch of science have been written in order to reveal, understand and make sense of the provisions promised by the Qur'an. In addition, the books of tafsir and fiqh written in this field provide an explanation of moral and legal rules and determine how they should be applied. One of these works written in different geographies and civilisations over time on the science of Ahkām al-Qur'ān, which provides an understanding of the teachings of the Qur'ān by associating them with current issues and conditions, is Kitāb Ahkām al-Qur'ān, which is registered in Vahit Pasha Collection of Vahit Pasha Library with the inventory number 1686: Te'lif Ālimü'l-Allāme al-Qāḍī al-Bayzāwī, which is the subject of this article. In this article, it is aimed to present the manuscript and to bring it into the literature. The first part of the article consists of the issue of the belonging of the mentioned tafsīr to Qāḍī Bayzāwī and the introduction of the work, and the second part consists of the examination of the relevant verses of the Surah al-Hujurāt, which has an educational aspect in terms of social relations and moral values. The scope of the study is naturally limited by the fact that the work contains ahkam verses. The fact that the work has not been the subject of any previous study constitutes the original aspect and the first important step of the article. As a result, it has been determined that the work does not belong to Qāḍī Bayḍāwī, contrary to what is mentioned in its colophon, and the identity of the real author remains unknown. Therefore, it has been concluded that this work is a brief tafsīr based on dirāyah and compiled by quoting from certain sources, especially Zamakhsharī's al-Kashshāf and al-Bayḍāwī's Anwāru al-Tanzil and Asrāru al-Tawil.

Beyzâvî’ye Nispet Edilen Mahtût Kitâbu Ahkâmi’l-Kur’ân Adlı Eserin İncelenmesi: Hucurat Suresi Özelinde

Öz

Geçmişten bugüne insanlar için rehber olmayı sürdüren Kur'ân-ı Kerim hem itikâdî hem de amelî yönü itibariyle geniş bir muhtevaya sahiptir. Bu muhtevanın ibadet, muâmelât ve ukubât cihetiyle ilgilenen Ahkâmü’l Kur'ân ilmi gerek bireysel gerek toplumsal hükümleri incelemesi, açıklaması ve yorumlaması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Nitekim Kur'ân-ı Kerim’in va’z ettiği hükümleri ortaya çıkarmak, anlamak ve anlamlandırmak için bu ilim dalına ait pek çok eserin yazıldığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca, bu alanda kaleme alınan tefsir ve fıkıh kitapları, ahlâkî ve hukûkî kuralların izah edilmesini ve nasıl uygulanması gerektiğinin belirlenmesini sağlamaktadır. Zaman içinde farklı coğrafyalarda ve medeniyetlerde, Kur’ân-ı Kerim’in öğretilerini güncel meseleler ve şartlarla ilişkilendirerek anlaşılmasını sağlayan Ahkâmü’l-Kur’ân ilmine dair yazılan bu eserlerden biri de makaleye konu olan Vahit Paşa Kütüphanesi Vahit Paşa Koleksiyonunda 1686 demirbaş numarasıyla kayıtlı bulunan Kitâbu Ahkâmi’l-Kur’an Te’lîfü’l-Âlimi’l-Âllâme el-Kadî el-Beyzâvî isimli el yazması ahkâm tefsiridir. Bu makalede el yazma eserin takdimi ve literatüre kazandırılması hedeflenmiş olup birinci bölümü adı geçen tefsirin Kâdî Beyzâvî’ye aidiyeti meselesi ve eserin tanıtımı, ikinci bölümü ise eserde yer verilen sûrelerden sosyal ilişkiler ve ahlâkî değerler cihetiyle eğitici bir yöne sahip olan Hucurât sûresinin ilgili âyetlerinin incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın kapsam sınırı, eserin ahkam âyetlerini ihtiva etmesi yönüyle doğal olarak çizilmektedir. Alan yazın taraması yapıldığında eserin daha önce herhangi bir çalışmaya konu olmaması makalenin özgün yanını ve ilk önemli basamağını oluşturmaktadır. Sonuç olarak eserin künyesinde zikredildiğinin aksine Kâdî Beyzâvî’ye ait olmadığı tespit edilmiş olup gerçek müellifin kimliği ise meçhullüğünü korumaktadır. Buna binaen mahtût eserin, başta Zemahşerî’nin el Keşşâf ve Beyzâvî’nin Envâru’t-Tenzil ve Esrâru’t-Tevil adlı tefsirleri olmak üzere belirli kaynaklardan iktibas edilerek telif edilmiş dirâyet ağırlıklı muhtasar bir tefsir olduğu neticesine ulaşılmıştır.
