The reasons of iron chlorosis in plants and removing methods

Soil conditions inducing iron chlorosis in plant, characteristics of efficient and inefficient plants in Fe uptake, physiological changes in plant roots emerging due to Fe stress and biochemical functions of iron were revealed in this study. Also, the role of active Fe in iron uptake by plants, indications of chlorosis depend on iron, removing methods and genetic control of iron chlorosis were investigated. It was suggested that Fe efficient and resistant genotypes to chlorosis should be preferred to prevent iron chlorosis.
