Bıldırcınlarda Akrilamid Toksikasyonunda Nöroflament Proteinlerdeki (NFP) Değişiklikler: İmmun Dokukimyasal Bir Çalışma

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı bıldırcınların nörotoksik maddelere karşı hangi sürede. dejenerasyon ile yanıt yeteceğini ve daha sonra deneysel periferik sinir dejene- rasyonları çalışmalarında iyi bir laboratuar modeli olup olamayacağını saptamaktır. Bu çalışmada yinelenen dozda akrilarnid verilen bıldırcınların beyin. beyincik ve siyatik sinirierinde nörotilament protein akümüiasyonu Immun dokukimyasal olarak streptayidine biotin peroksidaz yöntemi ile monoklonal anti nörotilament protein antikoru kullanılarak belirlendi. Bıldırcınlara tir—30 gün süre ile. içme suyu ile. 4üü ppm akrilamid verildi. Mikroskobik olarak. beyinde kontrol ve deney grupları arasında boyanma yönünden ayrım görülmedi. Beyincikte Purkinje hücrelerinin çevresindeki. sepet hücrelerine ilişkin aksonların. belirgin olarak boyandığı nörofilament protein akümülasyoniarı görüldü. Siyatik sinirde. nörotilament proteinlerin aşırı akümülasyonu beliriendi. Akriiamid intoksikasyonu ile bıldırcın periferik sinirlerinde. ye beyincikte 3D günde. özelikie orta boy nöroiiament protein birikimi ile dejenerasyon olusmaktadir
