Geçici Anevrizma Klipsinin Sıçan Karotid Arterinde Oluşturduğu Değişikliklerin Histopatolojik Olarak İncelenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmada. klip inoinmesinden sonra sıçan karotid arterinin düz kas ye endotelyumunun morfolojik rejenerasyonunun doğal seyri araştırıldı, Vasküler hasar Spaque-Dawley cinsi sıçanların sol karotid arterierinde klips tarafından oluşturuldu. Endotetyal iyileşme 24 saat içinde basladı ye incinmeden sonraki üçüncü ve dördüncü günlerde en hızlıydı. Endotelyal yıkım 5 gün içinde onarıldı. Bu bulgular klips yaralanmasından sonra endotelyal iyileşmenin bir hafta içinde tamamlandığını göstermiştir. oysa düz kas hücrelerinin iyileşmesi daha yayaştır
