İntraduodenal Safra Kanalı İçinde Yer Alan Villöz Adenomdan Gelişen Ampulla Vater Karsinom

Öz

Ampuller bölgede yer alan yilöz tümörler. ampuller açıklığı küçük boyutta iken tıkamaları nedeniyle daha erken tanı alırlar ve periarnpuler bölge tümörlerinden daha iyi prognoz gösterir. 69 yaşında erkek hasta 3 aydan beri sarılrğının olması nedeniyle başvurdu. Ultrasonogratide safra kesesi hidropikti. Koledok dlstali ile pankreas lolu oblitere olmuştu. Tümör belirleyicilerinden CA 125 ye GIM yüksek olarak bulundu. Lokal eksizyon sfinkteroplasti ye duktusa reimplantasyon uygulandı. Ampulla 'ılater'e açılan safra kanalındaki tubuonitlöz adenomdan gelişen eyre l| karsinom olgusu az görülen lokalizasyonu nedeniyle klinik, histopatolojik. prognozu belirleyen özellikleriyle tartışıldı
