Renal Transplantasyon Olgularında Rejeksiyonun İdrar Sitolojisi ile İzlenmesi

Öz

Ftenal ailogratt rejeksiycnunun saptanmasında çeşitli yöntemler bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan biri olan idrar sitolojisi kolay. basit ye atraymatik bir yöntemdir. Ayrıca immün sitokimyasal boyamaların eklenmesi ile tanı daha duyarlı duruma gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada. renal transplantasyon uygulanan ye izlemlerinde akut rejeksiyon {AH} kuşkulanılan 11 olguda. idrar sitoloji uygulanmış. immün sitokimyasal olarak CD43. UCHLıt. HLA-DFI. sitokeratln ye CMV kullanılmıştır. 5 AH olgusundan ikisinde biopsi yapılmadan üriner sitoloji ile AFI tanısına gidilmiş. sağaltım uygulanmış ye tüm olgularda olumlu yanıt alınmıştır. 30 olguluk bir diziye ait bu çalışmanın ilk sonuçları idrar sitolojlsinin. immün sltokimya ile destek lendiğinde. renal transplantasyon olgularında önemli tanısal degeri olabileceğini göstermektedir
