Adolesan Yaşta Filloides Tümör

Öz

Dört yıllık dönem içerisinde. adolesan yaş küme— sinde yer alan üç adet tilloides tümör olgusu saptadık. Yaşları 1D. 13 ye 16 olan bu olguların ikisinde kitle eksizyonu. birinde ise radikal mastektomi uygulanmıştır. Makroskopik olarak papiller gelişimleri seçilebilen bu lezyonların histopatolojik incelenmesinde. stromal sellülarite halil ya da orta derecede olup atipi saptanma— mıştır. Filloides tümör. stromal selülarite artışı. lokal nüks ye malignite potansiyelleri nedeni ile fıbroadenomlardan ayrı bir antitedir. Genellikle 4. ye 5. dekatlarda görülmekle birlikte. seyrek olarak adolesan yaşlarda da görülür. Adolesan çagda saptanan üiloides tümör orta yaştakllere göre ayrı dayrar'ıır: hızlı gelişir ve malignite potansiyeli oldukça düşüktür. Bu çalışmada. adolesan çağda saptanan 3 fllioides tümörün özellikleri incelenmiş. bu yaş kümesinde görülen diğer meme kitleleri ile ayırıcı tanı özellikleri tartışılmıştır
