Öz

Ocak tees-Ekim 1995 arasında 224'ü tees) kliniğimizde. Sü'u (%12) kliniğimiz dışında mastektomi geçiren 254 meme kanserli kadın ortalama 9.3 yıl iEkstremler 6-153 ay) izlenmiştir. Bunların 230'una t%üüi modifiye radikal. ee'üne (% 1G} radikal mastektomi uygu— lanmıştır. Dizideki yaş ortalaması 43.2 olup. 130 olgu (%51 .2} premenopozaldt. %?3 oranda ek [adjuvan] sağaltım gören olguların 5 ve tü yıllık ömürleri evre 1'de “fa-BB ve %65. evre E'de see? ve %43. evre B'de de %52 ve %34'tür. 5 ve 10 yıl yerel yineleme oranları evre “l'de %2 ve %2. evre 2’de %4 ve %51 evre B'de %12? ve %153, ewe 4'te ise %50 (5 yılıı'dir. Yaşam oranlarımız yayınlanmış kaynaklara kıyasla ewe 1‘de daha düşük, ewe 2 ve B'de eşit ya da daha yüksek bulunmuştur. 5—1ü yıl yerel yineleme oranlarımız ise kaynaklara kıyasla kabul edilebilir sınırlardadır
