Çin-Ortadoğu ve Kuzey Afrika İlişkileri Ardındaki motivasyonlar: Tarihsel bir perspektif

Öz

Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'nin ilk yıllarında Çin-Orta Doğu ve Çin-Kuzey Afrika ilişkileri nispeten yavaş bir performans gösterdi. Batılı ülkelerin Çin'i tanıması ve Çin'in Birleşmiş Milletler’ de daimî üye konumuna gelmesiyle birlikte Çin-Ortadoğu ve Kuzey Afrika ilişkileri yeni bir döneme girdi. Açılım ve Reform politikaları ile bu ilişkiler ivme kazanmıştır. Ancak Başkan Şii’nin önderliğinde bu ilişkiler, bölgedeki birçok ülke ile ortaklık ve iş birliği kurmak amacıyla daha ileri bir aşamaya girdi. Bu makale, Çin dış politikasının Orta Doğu ve Kuzey Afrika'ya yönelik gelişimini araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca Çin-Orta Doğu ve Kuzey Afrika ilişkilerinin gelişim sürecini tarihsel ve pratik bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

The Motivations Behind China-MENA Relations: A Historical Perspective

Öz

In the first years of the People’s Republic of China, the relations between China-Middle East and China-North Africa (MENA) indicated a relatively slow performance. With the recognition of western countries and China’s getting the permanent member position in the United Nations, the relations between China-MENA entered a new era. With the Opening-Up and Reform policies, these relations got momentum. However, with the leadership of President Xi, these relations entered a more advanced phase to establish partnership cooperation with many countries in the region. This article aims to explore the evolution of Chinese foreign policy toward the Middle East and North Africa. It also aims to evaluate the development process of China-Middle East and North African relations through a historical and practical perspective.
