Parkinson hastalığında farklı denge ölçeklerinin karşılaştırılması

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, dengenin değerlendirmesinde kullanılan farklı değerlendirme yöntemlerinin, Parkinson hastalığındaki güvenirlik ve geçerliklerini karşılaştırmaktı. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmada 30 idiopatik Parkinson hastasına, “off” ve “on” dönemlerinde; Berg Denge Ölçeği, Tinetti Performansa Dayalı Denge ve Yürüme Ölçeği ile klinik denge ve fonksiyonel mobilite testleri yapıldı. Ayrıca hastalara Birleştirilmiş Parkinson Hastalığı Değerlendirme Ölçeği’nin motor değerlendirme bölümü ile Modifiye Hoehn ve Yahr Ölçeği de uygulandı. Tüm değerlendirmeler 7 gün sonra tekrar edildi. Sonuçlar: Elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırıldığı zaman, uygulanan tüm denge değerlendirmelerinin Parkinson hastaları için güvenilir ve geçerli yöntemler olduğu, ancak Berg Denge Ölçeği’nin daha fazla güvenirlik (ICC=0.99), Birleştirilmiş Parkinson Hastalığı Değerlendirme Ölçeği motor değerlendirme bölümü (r=-0.75, p
