Sipastik diparetik serebral parsili çocuklarda ayak tabanına uygulanan kamaların alt ekstremite eklem dizilimine etkisi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışma, spastik diparetik serebral palsili çocuklarda ayak tabanına dört farklı yönden yapılan 5 derece eğimli kama uygulamasının, statik pozisyonda alt ekstremite kinetik zincirine yaptığı anlık etkileri araştırmak amacıyla planlandı. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya spastisite şiddetleri Modifiye Ashworth Skalasına göre maksimum 3 değerinde, Kaba Motor Fonksiyon Sınıflandırma Sistemine (GMFCS) göre motor seviyeleri I ile III arasında, yaşları 6-15 yıl arasında olan (10,6±4,3 yıl) 20 spastik diplejik birey dahil edildi. Bireylerin her iki yandan ve arkadan, kamasız, valgus, varus, dorsi fleksör ve plantar fleksör kama uygulanarak elde edilen 5 pozisyondaki statik görüntüleri fotoğraflandı. Kamasız ve kamaların uygulandığı pozisyonlarda, her iki yandan ve arkadan tüm eklemlerin aldığı açısal değerler birbirleriyle ve sağ-sol bacak arasında karşılaştırılarak aradaki farklar incelendi. Sonuçlar: Kamasız olarak lateralden yapılan ölçümlerde iki ekstremite karşılaştırıldığında ayak bileği eklemleri ve kalça eklemleri arasında fark bulundu (p
