İki farklı flüt tutuş pozisyonunun kas-iskelet sistemi üzerindeki etkilerinin karşılaştırılması

Öz

Amaç: Çalışmamızda, iki farklı flüt tutuş pozisyonunun postür, eklem hareketleri ve bu hareketlerin yol açtığı problemler açısından karşılaştırılması amaçlandı. Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya, Gazi Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi, Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü, Müzik Öğretmenliği Anabilim Dalı’nda lisans düzeyinde flüt öğrenimi gören 31 öğrenci alındı. Flütü, başı lateral fleksiyona alarak vücuda yakın tutan öğrenciler 1. grupta; flütü, omuz abduksiyonunu kullanarak yere daha paralel tutan öğrenciler ise 2. grupta incelendi. Öğrencilerin demografik bilgileri kaydedildi, flüt çalmaya bağlı kas-iskelet sistemi sorunları incelendi, çalma postürleri video kaydı yöntemiyle analiz edildi. Sonuçlar: Yaşanan problemler ve postür ile ilgili bulgulara göre 1. grubun sonuçları 2. gruba göre daha iyi bulundu. Bütün öğrencilerde boyun, sırt, sol 2. parmak ve sağ 5. parmağa ait problemler saptanırken, postür analizinin bu problemleri yansıttığı gözlendi. 2. grupta çene ve dudak bölgesine ait problemlerin daha sık görüldüğü ve iki grup arasındaki bu farkın istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı olduğu bulundu (p
