Examining Postgraduate Theses On Home Healthcare In The Field of Nursing in Türkiye

Öz

ABSTRACT
Purpose: In this study, it was aimed to review the postgraduate thesis studies on home health in the field of nursing in Turkiye, to reveal the outcomes of the postgraduate theses, and to present tangible data to researchers and nurses providing home health services.
Materials and Methods: It is a retrospective descriptive study carried out to examine postgraduate thesis studies on home health in Turkiye in the nursing field. In the literature search, a search was performed from the database of the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education to specify the postgraduate theses on home health in nursing between the dates of 20.08.2024-29.08.2024.
Results: 169 postgraduate theses meeting the inclusion criteria were assessed in the research. Of the theses accessed between 20.08.2024-29.08.2024 on home health in the field of nursing, "43" were doctoral theses and "126" were master's theses.
Conclusion: Quantitative research methods are the majority in both master's and doctoral theses on home health in the field of nursing, and qualitative research methods are in the minority.

TÜRKİYE’DE HEMŞİRELİK ALANINDA EVDE SAĞLIK İLE İLGİLİ YAPILAN LİSANSÜSTÜ TEZLERİN İNCELENMESİ

Öz

ÖZET
Amaç: Bu çalışmada, evde sağlığa ilişkin Türkiye’de hemşirelik alanında evde sağlık ile ilgili yapılan lisansüstü tez çalışmalarını incelemek, lisansüstü tezlerin sonuçlarını ortaya koymak, araştırmacılara ve evde sağlığa yönelik sağlık hizmeti sunan hemşirelere somut veriler sunmak amaçlandı.
Yöntem: Çalışma 20.08.2024-29.08.2024 tarihleri arasında yapılan literatür araştırmasında hemşirelik alanında evde sağlık ile ilgili yapılan lisansüstü tezleri belirlemek için Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanından tarama yapıldı. Hemşirelik alanında evde sağlık ile ilgili Türkiye’de yapılmış olan lisansüstü tez çalışmalarının incelenmesi amacıyla yapılan retrospektif tanımlayıcı çalışmadır.
Bulgular: Araştırmada dahil edilme kriterlerine uyan 169 lisansüstü tez değerlendirmeye alındı. Hemşirelik alanında evde sağlık ile ilgili 20.08.2024-29.08.2024 tarihleri arasında ulaşılan tezlerin “43” ünün doktora tezi, “126” sının yüksek lisans tezi olduğu görüldü.
Sonuç: Hemşirelik alanında evde sağlık ile ilgili yapılan hem yüksek lisans tezlerinde hem de doktora tezlerinde nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin çoğunlukta olup, nitel araştırma yöntemleri ise daha az sayıdadır.
