Journal is scientific journals that aim to reach all national&international medical-science societies and to publish retrospective, prospective clinical studies experimental researchs, reviews, case reports, editorial comment/discussions, letters to the editor, medical education, scientific letters, surgical techniques, distinctive diagnosis, original images, book reviews, questions-answers and recent issues that determine science agenda, that may be related with all topics of science. The journal is an international refereed journal. It is published twice a year and does not require publication fees. It advocates open access policy. The Journals commits to rigorous peer review, and stipulates freedom from commercial influence, and promotion of the highest ethical and scientific standards in published articles. Neither the Editor(s) nor the publisher guarantees, warrants or endorses any product or service advertised in this publication. Articles are accepted for publication on the condition that they are original, are not under consideration by another journal, or have not been previously published. Direct quotations, tables, or illustrations that have appeared in copyrighted material must be accompanied by written permission for their use from the copyright owner and authors. All articles are subject to review by the editors and referees. Acceptance is based on sig- nificance, and originality of the material submitted. If the article is accepted for publication, it may be subject to editorial revisions to aid clarity and understanding without changing the data presented. The writers' names and placement that are indicated in the copyright transfer form will be considered after the process of the manuscript is started. After this stage; A writer name cannot be added to the manuscript in any time except the writers who signed the copyright transfer form, and the order of the writers' names cannot be changed.

Editorial Policies Scientific Responsibility

All authors should have contributed to the article directly either academically or scientifically. Ethical Responsibility

The Journal adheres to the principles set forth in the Helsinki Declaration (http://www.wma.net/en/30publications/10policies/b3/ index.html) and holds that all re- ported research involving “Human beings” conducted in accordance with such prin- ciples. Reports describing data obtained from research conducted in human participants must contain a statement in the “Material and Methods” section in- dicating approval by the institutional ethical review board and affirmation that informed consent was obtained from each participant. All papers reporting experiments using animals must include a statement in the “Material and Methods” section giving assurance that all animals have received hu- mane care in compliance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (www.nap.edu/catalog/5140.html) and indicating approval by the institutional ethical review board. Case reports should be accompanied by ınformed consent whether the iden- tity of the patient is disclosed or not. If the proposed publication concerns any commercial product, the author must in- clude in the cover letter a statement indicating that the author(s) has (have) no financial or other interest in the product or explaining the nature of any relation (in- cluding consultancies) between the author(s) and the manufacturer or distributor of the product. It is the authors’ responsibility to prepare a manuscript that meets ethical criteria. Statistical Evaluation

All retrospective, prospective and experimental research articles must be evaluated in terms of biostatics and it must be stated together with appropriate plan, analysis and report. p values must be given clearly in the manuscripts (e.g. p= 0.025; p= 0.524) Research papers should be evaluated by the biostatistics specialist before being submitted to the journal. It is the authors’ responsibility to prepare a manuscript that meets biostatistical rules.

Language

The official languages of the Journals are Turkish and English. Manuscripts and abstracts in English must be checked for language by an expert and this should be mentioned particularly in the cover letter. It is the authors’ responsibility to prepare a manuscript that meets spelling and grammar rules. Our journal includes publications prepared with a comparative method around the specified Keywords. Articles should include "title" and "abstract" in Turkish and then in English. Articles should include appropriate "keywords" in Turkish and foreign languages ​​that describe the subject. References used in the articles should be given as "bibliography" list at the end of the article in accordance with the spelling rules. Articles submitted should not exceed 10,000 words and fewer than 4,000 words as a rule. Book reviews should not exceed 2,500 words. In the articles, the names of the authors and the information of the organization they work with should be stated clearly and accurately. The articles to be submitted must be original works and have not been published or entered into any publication process. After the submitted articles are examined in the editorial board, the expert of the subject is published with the evaluation of two referees, if necessary, by a third referee and the final approval of the editorial board. Blind Referee system is applied. In any case, article writers and referees cannot have information about each other. If the editor and editorial board deems it appropriate, a list of the referees working in that year is published in the journal's year-end issue. It has an evaluation criterion based on the detailed and scientific referee report in the Dergipark system. The authors must ensure that their work complies with the journal's rules. After determining the necessary corrections, the authors are expected to deliver the corrected version of the articles to the editors within 2 weeks at the latest. The editorial board can directly decide on acceptance and rejection without reviewing the articles (symposiums, congress news, book promotions etc.) and sending them to the referee. Submitted articles are first subject to editorial review. At this stage, the compatibility of the study with the journal rules is examined first. Articles that do not comply with the journal rules are returned to their authors.
