ANKARA İLİ MEZBAHALARI ÇALIŞANLARINDA ANTI-LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES "O" ANTİKORLARININ ARAŞTIRILMASI

Öz

Bu çalışma, Ankara ili mezbahalarında çalışan personelde listeriosis seroprevalansını saptamak amacıylayapılmıştır. Mezbaha çalışanlarından alınan 102 serum örneğinde Listeria monocytogenes"O" antikorlarının varlığıOsebold yöntemiyle araştırılmıştır. 1/100 ve üzerindeki titrasyon basamaklarındaki aglütinasyon varlığı pozitif olarakkabul edilmiştir. 102 serum örneğinden 59’u 57.8% negatif , 43 %42.2 serum ise çeşitli dilusyonlarda pozitif olarakdeğerlendirilmiştir. Seropozitif olguların 31’inde %72.1 1/100 titrede, 10’unda %23.3 1/200 ve iki serumda %4.6 1/400 titrede Listeria monocytogenesantikorları saptanmıştır

INVESTIGATION OF ANTI-LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES "O" ANTIBODIES IN SLAUGTHERHOUSE WORKERS IN ANKARA

Abstract

This study was undertaken to determine the seroprevalence of listeriosis in slaughterhouse workers in Ankara.A totally 102 serum samples taken from slaughterhouse workers were examined for the Listeria monocytogenes"O"antibody by the Osebold Method. The agglutination titer 1/100 and over were accepted as a positive result. Out of102 sera, 59 57.8% were negative for L.monocytogenesantibody and 43 42.2% were positive at different titersas follows: 31 72.1% with a 1/100 titer; 10 23.3% 1/200 titer; and 2 4.6% 1/400 titer
