Tartrazinin Fare Dermal Mast Hücrelerinde Degranülasyon Etkisi

Öz

Bu çalışmada enjeksiyon yolu ile verilen tartrazinin E-102 fare Mus musculus domesticus dermal masthücreleri üzerindeki degranülasyon etkisi transmisyon elektron mikroskobu ile incelenmiştir. Tartrazinin deri altınaenjeksiyonundan 1, 6, 12 ve 24 saat sonra dermal mast hücrelerindeki degranülasyon etkisi incelenmiştir. Tartrazinenjeksiyonundan 1 ve 12 saat sonra mast hücrelerinde kısmi degranülasyon meydana geldiği halde, 6 saat sonraoldukça fazla iç degranülasyon gözlenmiştir. Enjeksiyondan 24 saat sonra ise çok belirgin bir degranülasyon tespitedilememiştir

Degranulation Effect Of Tartrazine On The Dermal Mast Cells Of Mouse

Öz

In this study degranulation effects of intradermally injected tartrazine E-102 on the dermal mast cells of mouse Mus musculus domesticus have been studied by transmission electron microscope. Examination of thedegranulation have been carried out 1, 6, 12 and 24 hours after the intradermal injection of the tartrazine. Tartrazinehas been found to cause a partial degranulation after 1 hour and 12 hours from the injection. However, at the endof the 6 hours period an internal degranulation was predominant. Apperence of the degranulation has virtuallydissapeared after 24 hours
