İnsan Ve Hayvan Sağlığı Üzerine Dioksinlerin Etkileri

Yıl 2000, Cilt: 57 Sayı: 2, 99 - 108, 01.08.2000

Öz

Poliklorlu dibenzo – p – dioksinler PCDD , poliklorlu dibenzo furanlar PCDF ve poliklorlu bifeniller PCB yapısal, kimyasal ve biyolojik özelliklerinin birbirleriyle benzer olması nedeniyle sıklıkla “ dioksinler „ olarak adlandırılırlar 1,2 . Bu bileşikler plonar konfigürasyonlu trisiklik halojenli aromatik hidrokarbonlardır. PCDD ve PCDF‘ler analitik standart ve araştırma materyalleri olarak kullanımı hariç, hiçbir zaman ticari amaçla üretilmemişlerdir 2 ; bunlar bazı klorlu kimyasal bileşiklerin imali sırasında yan ürün ve organik materyallerin yakılması sonucunda istenmeyen kirleticiler olarak ortaya çıkmaktadırlar 3 .
