Gynecological cancers are among the common chronic diseases in women in the world and in our country. Women may experience many symptoms as a result of cancer and its treatments. These symptoms affect the woman's physical, psychological, cognitive and role functioning areas. The woman may experience a range of issues such as pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and sexual dysfunction. As a result, the woman's quality of life is negatively affected and the woman's adaptation the cancer diagnosis and ability to cope with cancer decreases. As a result, the woman's quality of life is negatively affected and the woman's adaptation the cancer diagnosis and ability to cope with cancer decreases. For this reason, it is important for nurses to be aware of the symptoms that may occur with cancer diagnosis and treatment and to be able to plan and implement interventions specific to the individual's needs in order to prevent or reduce the impact of these symptoms experienced by women in the light of evidence-based guidelines. This approach plays a major role in improving the quality of life of women and their families.
