Öz

Anormal invazif plasentasyon, masif obstetrik kanamanın majör nedenlerinden biridir(1). Olgumuzda; beklenmeyen plasenta perkreatası olan ve intraoperatif iki kez kardiyak arrest (KA) geçiren masif kanamalı bir kadında resüsitasyon girişimlerini sunmak istedik.

Öz

Abnormal placentation is one of the important causes of massive obstetric haemorrhage(1). Here we present the cardiopulmonary resuscitation attempts of a woman with an unexpected placenta percreta who bled massively and suffered two intraoperative cardiac arrests (CA).
