“KPR EŞLİĞİNDE PKG”: UZAMIŞ RESÜSİTASYONA RAĞMEN TAM NÖROLOJİK İYİLEŞME

Öz

Akut stent trombozu, perkütan koroner girişim sonrası nadir ancak mortalitesi yüksek bir komplikasyondur (1, 2). Genellikle antitrombosit tedaviye uyumsuzluk, teknik faktörler veya trombotik yatkınlıkla ilişkilidir (3). Erken tanı ve hızlı reperfüzyon, mortalite ve morbiditeyi azaltmada kritik öneme sahiptir (1-4). Bu olguda, stabil koroner arter hastalığı nedeniyle stent takılan bir hastada gelişen akut stent trombozu sonrası kardiyak arrest gelişmesi ve uzamış kardiyopulmoner resüsitasyon (KPR) eşliğinde gerçekleştirilen kurtarıcı anjiyoplasti sonucunda tam nörolojik iyileşme ile taburcu edilen bir vaka sunulmuştur.

“PCI DURING CPR”: COMPLETE NEUROLOGICAL RECOVERY DESPITE PROLONGED RESUSCITATION

Öz

Acute stent thrombosis is a rare but highly fatal complication following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)(1, 2). Early diagnosis and rapid reperfusion are of critical importance in reducing mortality and morbidity (1-4). In this report, we present a case of a patient who developed acute stent thrombosis after stent implantation for stable coronary artery disease, experienced cardiac arrest, and achieved complete neurological recovery after rescue angioplasty performed during prolonged cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
