Dizde Tenosinovyal Dev Hücreli Tümör Ve Osteokondral Lezyonun Alışılmadık Birlikteliği: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Literatürde aynı dizde eşzamanlı tenosinovyal dev hücreli tümör(TSDHT) ve femurda osteokondritis dissekans(OKD)’ ın beraber görüldüğü başka bir olgu yoktur. Mevcut yazıda, dizde TSDHT ve OKD birlikteliği tanısı ile artroskopik kitle eksizyonu ve artroskopik osteokondral otojen greftleme yaptığımız bir olgu sunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT
There is no data in the literature concerning simultaneous presence of tenosinovial giant cell tumor (TSGCT) and femoral osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) on ipsilateral knee. In this case report, we discussed the management of a case of TSGCT and femoral OCD with arthroscopic mass excision and arthroscopic osteochondral autogenous grafting.
