Dövüş Sanatlarında Crossfit Antrenmanlarının Anaerobik ve Aerobik Güç Üzerine Etkisi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, dövüş sanatlarında Crossfit antrenmanlarının anaerobik ve aerobik güç üzerine etkilerini incelemektir.
Yöntem: Çalışmaya katılan deney grubu ( n=7; muay thai ve n=7; kick box; dövüş sanatları teknik ve taktik+crossfit antrenman) dövüş sanatlarında aktif (n=14) yaş ortalamaları 23,1±1,2 yıl; boy uzunluğu 174,9± 3,33 cm ve vücut ağırlığı; 71,1 ± 5,07 kg’ dır. Çalışmaya katılan kontrol grubu (n=8; muay thai ve n=7; kick box; dövüş sanatları teknik ve taktik) dövüş sanatlarında aktif (n=15) yaş ortalamaları 22,9±1,3 yıl; boy uzunluğu 174,7 ± 4,36 cm ve vücut ağırlığı; 73,1 ± 4,6 kg’ dır. Sekiz haftalık antrenman süreci, Deney grubu haftada üç gün crossfit antrenmanına (pazartesi, çarşamba, Cuma) katılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubu dövüş sanatları teknik ve taktik antrenmanları uygulanmıştır (salı, perşembe, cumartesi). Araştırma kapsamında katılımcıların Wattbike ergo bisiklette 6 sn-30 sn, squat ve göğüs press (MYO test) anaerobik güç ve wattbike ergo bisiklet aerobik güç güç değerleri kaydedilmiştir. Veri analizi için SPSS 22.0 paket programı ile değerlendirilmiş, ANCOVA veri analiz yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Küresellik varsayımı karşılandı. Ayrıca, grupların ikili karşılaştırması tek değişkenli analizle yapıldı ve etki büyüklükleri kısmi eta kare değerine göre belirlendi. Anlamlılık düzeyi p < 0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Veri analizi sonuçlarına göre grup x zaman etkileşimi bakımından 6 sn wattbike ortalama güç (watt), 6 sn wattbike zirve güç (watt), 6 sn wattbike relatif güç (watt/kg); squat sıçrama ve bench press ortalama güç (watt), maksimum güç (watt), force (watt) ve squat sıçrama yüksekliği (cm), squat sıçrama hızı (cm/sn), bench press itiş hızı (cm/sn); aerobik relatif güç çıktıları (watt/kg), tahmini maksimum oksijen tüketimi (VO₂ max) ve metabolik eşdeğer (MET) skorlarında deney grubu lehine anlamlı düzeyde değişim gözlemlenmiştir. Ancak 30 sn wattbike ortalama güç (watt), 30 sn wattbike zirve güç (watt), 30 sn wattbike relatif güç (watt/kg) değerlerinde grup x zaman etkileşimi yönünde anlamlı farklılık belirlenmemiştir.
Sonuç: Bu çalışmada elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, sekiz haftalık Crossfit antrenman uygulamalarının dövüş sanatlarında aktif olan sporcularda anaerobik ve aerobik güç düzeylerini olumlu yönde etkilediği söylenebilir.

The Effect of Crossfit Training on Anaerobic and Aerobic Power in Martial Arts

Öz

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of CrossFit training on anaerobic and aerobic power in martial arts.
Method: The experimental group participating in the study (n=7; Muay Thai and n=7; kickboxing; martial arts techniques and tactics + CrossFit training) were active in martial arts (n=14) with an average age of 23.1±1.2 years, a height of 174.9±3.33 cm, and a body weight of 71.1±5.07 kg. The control group participating in the study (n=8; Muay Thai and n=7; kickboxing; martial arts techniques and tactics) active in martial arts (n=15) had an average age of 22.9±1.3 years, a height of 174.7±4.36 cm, and a body weight of 73.1±4.6 kg. During the eight-week training period, the experimental group participated in CrossFit training three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Both the experimental and control groups underwent martial arts technique and tactics training (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). The study recorded participants' anaerobic power values on the Wattbike ergometer for 6–30 seconds, squat, and chest press (MYO test), as well as their aerobic power values on the Wattbike ergometer. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 22.0 software package, and the ANCOVA data analysis method was applied. The globality assumption was met. Additionally, pairwise comparisons between groups were performed using univariate analysis, and effect sizes were determined based on partial eta-squared values. The significance level was set at p < 0.05.
Findings: According to the results of the data analysis, the group x time interaction showed 6 sec wattbike average power (watts), 6 sec wattbike peak power (watts), 6 sec wattbike relative power (watts/kg); squat jump and bench press average power (watts), maximum power (watts), force (watts), and squat jump height (cm), squat jump velocity (cm/s), bench press push velocity (cm/s); aerobic relative power outputs (watts/kg), estimated maximum oxygen consumption (VO₂ max), and metabolic equivalent (MET) scores showed significant changes in favor of the experimental group. However, no significant differences were found in the group x time interaction for 30-second Wattbike average power (watts), 30-second Wattbike peak power (watts), and 30-second Wattbike relative power (watts/kg).
Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it can be said that eight weeks of CrossFit training positively affects anaerobic and aerobic power levels in athletes active in martial arts.
