The purpose of this study was to investigate of leadership and creativity features of teacher candidates. The descriptive method was used in the study. Totally 787 teacher candidates male=304, female=483 that were studied in the Physical Education and Sport, Math for Primary Education, Social Knowledge, English Language, Turkish Language and Primary School Teacher Education Departments at academic year. Two scales used for obtaining data. One of them was Leadership Styles Survey that was developed by Bolman and Deal 1992 , translated by Dereli 2002 . Other of them was AdaptionInnovation Inventory that was developed by Kirton 1976 . Independent sample T and One Way ANOVA tests were used for analysis of data.
