Sessiz İstifa Ölçeği: Geçerlik Ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin sessiz istifa düzeylerinin ölçülmesini sağlayacak geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Sessiz İstifa Ölçeği, iki ayrı araştırma grubundan elde edilen veriler analiz edilerek geliştirilmiştir. Ölçek karma model uygulanarak geliştirilmiştir. Madde havuzunun hazırlanmasında kapsam geçerliği incelenmiştir. Birinci grupta 317 öğrencinin cevapları değerlendirmeye alınmış ve uygulanan Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi sonucunda ölçeğin, dört boyutlu bir yapıda olduğu, tamamı olumlu toplam 16 maddeden meydana geldiği tespit edilmiştir. Ölçeğin, açıkladığı varyans %76,66, Cronbach Alpha değeri ,94 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçek, Bağlılıkta Azalma (4 madde), Motivasyonsuzluk (4 madde), Sosyalleşme (4 madde) ve Kendini Koruma (4 madde) alt boyutlarından oluşmaktadır. İkinci grupta 301 öğrenci yer almış ve bu gruptan elde edilen verilerle yapılan Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi sonucunda ölçeğin yapısına ait uyum indekslerinin kabul edilebilir değerlere sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Daha sonra ölçeğin madde ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmış ve yeterli düzeyde oldukları görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak; Sessiz İstifa Ölçeğinin, üniversite öğrencilerinin sessiz istifa düzeylerini ölçmede geçerli ve güvenilir olarak kullanılabilecek bir ölçme aracı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Quiet Quitting Scale: Validity and Reliability Study

Öz

This research aims to develop a valid and reliable scale measuring university students' Quiet Quitting levels. The Quiet Quitting Scale was developed by analyzing the data obtained from two separate research groups. The scale was developed by applying the mixed model. Content validity was examined in the preparation of the item pool. The answers of 317 students in the first group were evaluated, and as a result of the Explanatory Factor Analysis applied, it was determined that the scale had a four-dimensional structure and consisted of 16 items, all of which were positive. The variance explained by the scale was 76.66%, and the Cronbach Alpha value was 94. The scale consists of Decreased Commitment (4 items), Amotivation (4 items), Socialization (4 items), and Self Protection (4 items) sub-dimensions. There were 301 students in the second group, and as a result of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis performed with the data obtained from this group, it was seen that the fit indexes of the scale structure had acceptable values. Then, item and reliability analyses of the scale were made, and they were found to be sufficient. In conclusion, It has been determined that the Quiet Quitting Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be used to measure university students' silent resignation levels.
