Osteochondromas or exostosis are the most common skeletal tumor.The occurence rate were reported as 20-50% in benign tumors and 10-15% in bone tumors. In this study, we aimed to present a case with a great proximal toe distal phalanx true osteochondroma. Key words: Osteochondroma, Exostosis

Osteokondrom ya da ekzositoz iskelet sisteminin en sık görülen tümörüdür. Tüm benign kemik tümörlerinin %20-50'sini, tüm kemik tümörlerinin %10-15'ini oluşturur.
