Transrektal Prostat İğne Biopsisinin Nadir bir Komplikasyonu : Makroskopik Hematüri ve Pıhtı Retansiyonu
Öz
Prostat iğne biyopsisi prostat kanseri tanısında, histolojik tanı verebilen en önemli tanı yöntemidir. Kanama, bilinen en sık komplikasyonu olmasına rağmen tedaviyi gerektiren kanama dahil komplikasyon bildirilmemiştir. Olgu sunumumuzda prostat iğne biopsisini takiben görülen idrar retansiyonu ve makroskopik hematüri ve tedavisi takdim edilmektedir. Prostate biopsy, since giving the histologic diagnosis of prostate cancer, is the most important diagnostic method of the urologists. Though the hemorrhagic complications are well known complications of the procedure, no any treatment-needed complication was reported. In this case report we present macroscopic hematuria and urinary retantion due to prostate biopsy and its treatment.
