In this study, the indirect effect of trust in the organization on affective commitment through organizational health was investigated. For this purpose, data from a sample of 180 municipality employees were used to test the hypothesis created in the light of the literature. The data obtained were analyzed with frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that organizational health perception has a full mediating role in the effect of trust on the organization on the affective commitment. This finding revealed the importance of organizational health perception or a healthy organizational structure especially in ensuring affective commitment. In this regard, some suggestions have been presented to both managers and those who will do researches in the future.
Trust on Organization Organizational Health Affective Commitment
Bu çalışmada, örgüte güvenin örgütsel sağlık aracılığıyla duygusal bağlılık üzerindeki dolaylı etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla literatür bilgileri ışığında oluşturulan hipotezin test edilmesi için 180 belediye çalışanından oluşan bir örneklemden alınan veriler kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS kullanılarak frekans, faktör, güvenilirlik, korelasyon ve hiyerarşik regresyon analizleri ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma hipotezinin test edilmesinde hiyerarşik regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Hiyerarşik regresyon analizi sonucu, örgüte güvenin duygusal bağlılık üzerine etkisinde örgütsel sağlık algısının tam aracı role sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu bulgu, duygusal bağlılığın sağlanmasında özellikle örgütsel sağlık algısının veya sağlıklı bir örgüt yapısının önemini ortaya koymuştur. Bu doğrultuda hem yöneticilere hem de gelecekte araştırma yapacaklara birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.
