The aim of the work was to determine the effects of two different doses of ascorbic acid (300 mg kg-1 and 800 mg kg-1) were evaluated on sperm quality of rainbow trout. The results of study showed that 800 mgkg-1 ascorbic acid supplemented diet was affected sperm quality positively such as sperm concentration, spermatocrit, sperm motility and fertilizing capacity of sperm. However, feeding with the diet supplemented with 300 mgkg-1 ascorbic acid increased to sperm quality, but not affected significantly according to control group.
