Dans l'article ci-dessus — texte en turc d'une communication presentee au XXI e. Congrs International des Orientalistes — il s'agit de demontrer, en invoquant surtout l'exemple des ikta' militaires (ou comnu-ı nderies), qu'â l'encontre des opinions reçues, l'organisation et la juridiction des terres domaniales, en vigueur dans l'Empire Ottoman, sont un heritage direct venant des Seldjoukides.
